If you order the Card alone or together with the Pass (Tatry Super Ski Cards), you can collect it at the machines located in some of our resorts.**

In centers where there are no machines, passes can be picked up at specially marked ticket offices.

Cards are not sent to the Customer's address.

Upon receipt, the authorization to collect the subject of the order must be shown. Customers are required to show the confirmation of purchase and confirm their identity.
