NEW in the 2024/2025 season - a PASS for at least 2 days shall entitle an individual to use two chairlifts in the Kasprowy Wierch area: in Dolina Gąsienicowa and Dolina Goryczkowa. (NOTE: this entitlement does not include the Kuźnice - Kasprowy Wierch cable car)

* After 16:00 pass - a discounted hourly pass that entitles you to use the Ski Centre from 16:00 until the closing hours of each Ski Centre.

** Skis + swimming pools package is a service that entitles to use the Thermal Baths for 3 hours, with entry to the Thermal Baths listed below possible only during the following times and periods: Termy Bania from December 25, 2024 to March 9, 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Entering the Thermal Baths is not possible after 11:00 AM. The Card allows you to use the Thermal Baths for 3 hours, e.g. if you enter at 10:00 AM, you can use the Thermal Baths until 1:00 PM. The Entitlement may be exercised from the date of purchase until April 30, 2025, Termy Bania: after March 9, 2025 during the opening hours of the Thermal Baths. The Entitlement may be exercised from the date of purchase until April 30, 2025, Meander Thermal & Ski Resort throughout the season during the opening hours of the Thermal Baths. The Entitlement may be exercised from the date of purchase until April 30, 2025.

Passes available ONLINE only

The promotion is intended for the User who purchases Promotional Products in the Store during the term of the Promotion.

Participation in the promotion is voluntary.

To meet the requirements of the Promotion, the User shall do the following in the Store: a) make one transaction, b) during which they shall purchase two regular Passes (one-day, multi-days or 4-hour) and one (2+1 Pass) or two (2+2 Pass) discount Passes with the same validity period available for children and youth until attaining 17 years of age.

Once the User meets the above conditions of the Promotion, they shall be entitled to purchase a Promotional Product at a price decreased by PLN 10 in relation to every purchased Pass (for each entitlement validity period), decreased by an additional 3% in relation to the purchase completed electronically.

The Seller selects a Promotional Product and publishes information concerning it in the Store or other Seller’s marketing materials

Should the User, who is a consumer, withdraw from the remote agreement pursuant to the Terms and Conditions of the Store or generally applicable laws in the part resulting in the loss of entitlement to enjoy the Promotion, the User shall be reimbursed for the purchase, but the increase of prices of the remaining Passes due to the loss of entitlement to enjoy the Promotion shall be taken into account.

Promotion Participant shall receive the Promotional Product with the order that the purchase pertains to.

The Promotion cannot be combined with other promotions available in the Store except for a 3% discount for an online purchase. The Promotion does not cover the purchase of discount tickets for the elderly over the age of 65 according to the price list available at the Seller's website.

The User cannot exchange the Promotional Product for other product or its monetary equivalent

• The deposit for the card is PLN 10.
• The time ticket is valid for 1 person.
• TATRY SUPER SKI tickets can be purchased exclusively at the Ski Centre cash desks, vending machines, authorised points of sale and on the website www.tatrysuperski.pl.
• The TATRY SUPER SKI Pass in Poland is valid on the following lifts: BIAŁKA TATRZAŃSKA: Bania Ski & Fun, Kaniówka, Kotelnica Białczańska, Horników Wierch, BUKOWINA TATRZAŃSKA: Rusiń-Ski, KLUSZKOWCE: Czorsztyn-Ski, CZARNA GÓRA: GrapaSki, Koziniec, JURGÓW: Jurgów-Ski, ZAKOPANE: The Szymoszkowa Glade, Harenda Lifts, NOWY TARG: Długa Polana, SUCHE: Ski-Suche, WITÓW: Witów-Ski.
• The TATRY SUPER SKI Pass in Slovakia is valid on the following lifts: BACHLEDOVA DOLINA: Bachledka Ski & Sun, ORAVICE: Meander Thermal & Ski Resort, ŽDIAR: Strachan Ski Centrum, Ski Centrum Strednica.
• TATRY SUPER SKI ticket in PLN currency (PLN) can be purchased only in Polish ski resorts and ONLINE.
• TATRY SUPER SKI pass in EUR currency (€) can be purchased only in Slovak ski resorts.
• Use of the TATRY SUPER SKI pass by an unauthorised person (e.g. a person who is not entitled to a discount) may result in blocking of the ski pass entitlement.
• The Local Card cannot be used for exercising rights resulting from the TATRY SUPER SKI Card.
• The price list does not constitute an offer within the meaning of Article 66 of the Civil Code.

Terms and conditions of the '2+2, 2+1 package pass' promotion

PRICE REDUCTIONS AND DISCOUNTS

• TATRY SUPER SKI reduced-price ski passes are valid for children and youth who are under 16 years of age (their 16th birthday is the first day when the discount is forfeited) and seniors who are over 65 years of age (their 65th birthday is the first day when the discount can be claimed), according to the price list available at www.tatrysuperski.pl.
• Reduced-price TATRY SUPER SKI passes are issued on production of a document confirming the age and allowing to identify the entitled person. The beneficiary of the pass has the burden of proving that he or she meets the conditions for claiming the particular discount.
• A "CWA" (Child with Adult) pass is an inseparable package of the same Entitlements, comprising two passes, one of which is for the adult caring for the child and the other for that child (rule: one carer - one child). The price of this package includes the price of the Normal Pass plus PLN 10 for each day covered by this Pass. Upon reaching the age of 5 (the 5th birthday is the first day of loss of the discount), the child is no longer entitled to use the "CWA" pass.
• Seniors over 75 years of age on the basis of a valid identification document can purchase a TATRY SUPER SKI day pass for PLN 20 for each day covered by the pass.
• Groups from 20 people have a 10% discount on the purchase of TATRY SUPER SKI passes. When purchasing Passes with a group discount: one out of 21 persons receives a day Pass for PLN 10 for each day covered by such a Pass and the remaining persons receive a 10% discount on the list price. The group shall elect from among themselves a group leader, i.e. a person who represents all the members of the group on an exclusive basis. Only the group leader is entitled to make declarations of will for the purchase of group passes or their possible return.
• After 16:00 pass - a discounted hourly pass that entitles you to use the Ski Centre from 16:00 until the closing hours of each Ski Centre.
• The determination of the age necessary to obtain the discount shall be made in accordance with the rule provided for in Article 112, second sentence, of the Civil Code.
• Ski Passes for Seniors, CWA and Group Ski Passes mentioned above can be purchased only at the ticket offices of each member Ski Resort.
• The rules of periodical discounts and promotions are available on the website: www.tatrysuperski.pl, as well as at the ticket offices of the Ski Resorts. Using the TATRY SUPER SKI Pass by an ineligible person (e.g. by a person who is
  not entitled to a discount) may result in blocking the eligibility. For the avoidance of doubt, a Local Pass cannot be used to exercise the eligibilities arising from the TATRY SUPER SKI Pass.
