What is the Tatry Super Ski card?

The card is a carrier of the term entitlement resulting from the purchased TATRY SUPER SKI pass.

The card comes in the form of an RFID Skidata KeyCard or other SkiData transponder with the Tatry Super Ski designation, which indicates that this carrier is dedicated to Tatry Super Ski passes or Partners belonging to the Tatry Super Ski project (it is not possible to record term entitlements resulting from a Tatry Super Ski pass on other carriers).

The card is reusable and allows recording and storing information about the term entitlement resulting from the Tatry Super Ski pass. A deposit is charged for the issuance of the card. The card remains the property of the vendor.

What is the Tatry Super Ski pass?

A pass is a term entitlement that allows, during its validity period, the use of an unlimited number of rides on chairlifts and ski lifts of ski resorts that are available and in operation at the time of use of the entitlement, under the terms and conditions specified in the Rules of Use of the Tatry Super Ski Pass. The condition for the use of the pass is the possession of a card on which the term entitlement will be recorded. The validity period of the term entitlement (hourly, daily) in a specific winter season is determined by the type of pass.

What is a term entitlement?

Term entitlement tells us how much the card will run. The entitlement can be either hourly, daily (multiple days) or seasonal (any 14 days in a season).

What is card activation?

This is the moment when a term entitlement is registered on the Tatry Super Ski card at the cash register or machine at the ski slope. It is this that determines how long the card will operate, i.e. how long it can be used.

What is card personalization?

Personalization involves assigning a specific Tatry Super Ski card to a user, which occurs when the user first passes with the card through a gate located on a ski slope.

What is card reloading?

The act of assigning the acquired term entitlements resulting from the purchased pass to the card designated by the customer.

When I buy a pass online, do I have to pick it up at the box office?

In the case of ordering a card or a pass together with a card (Tatry Super Ski Cards), they are collected only at all ski resorts open at the time of collection at specially designated cash desks or vending machines, if such are available at these ski resorts. Cards are not sent to the customer's address. At the time of collection, you must demonstrate your entitlement to receive the subject of the order by showing your e-ticket. If the user is only topping up a Tatry Super Ski card he already has, he does not have to appear at the cashier's office.

Where are the ticket vending machines located?

Vending machines are located at the following centers:

  • Bachledka Ski & Sun
  • Bania Ski & Fun
  • Czorsztyn Ski
  • Harenda
  • Jurgów
  • Kaniówka
  • Koziniec
  • Kotelnica Białczańska

  • Polana Szymoszkowa
  • Rusiń-Ski

If I already have a Tatry Super Ski card, can I reload it online?

Yes. A customer who has his Card can recharge it online, i.e. purchase and assign a term entitlement to it. In order to do this, the serial number of the Card must be provided during the ordering process (according to the messages displayed in the sales panel).
The start of use of the recharged card (i.e. the moment of the first approach of the recharged card to the gate reader) cannot take place at Tatry Super Ski resorts except PKL Palenica.
For example:
The customer has recharged his Card with a 4-day pass on the days indicated by him. The customer intends to use PKL-Palenica railroad and 3 other ski resorts. The first use of such a card may not be at the PKL-Palenica ski resort, but at any of the other resorts. The customer will be able to use the reloaded card at PKL-Palenica if he starts using the reloaded card at another ski resort.

What is an electronic ticket?

This is a document confirming that the customer has purchased a specific pass or paid the deposit for the card, provided to the customer by the vendor via e-mail, after receiving confirmation of payment for the order from the bank.

What payment methods are accepted at the resorts?
